At Big Frog Supply, we want to ensure your home projects are successful; if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Afford your preferred shipping method or use our discounted prepaid label to send the package back to our main distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
